Location La Sella
Residential La Sella is situated next to La Sella Golf Resort that comprises the Hotel Denia Marriott & Spa and La Sella Golf with the international 27-hole golf course. The Resort and its sole urbanisation La Sella Premium, just a few metres from the golf club house, belong to the municipality of Denia, while Residential La Sella belongs to the municipality of Pedreguer.
The residential area La Sella extends over an area of 140 ha situated between the two coastal towns of Denia and Jávea. From its centre it is about 7 km to Denia and about 11 km to Jávea with the Montgó Natural Park in between. One of its entrances for hiking is about 4 km from the centre of La Sella.
Situated on a hillside the properties of La Sella enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast, the green valley of orange trees and the golf course. To both sides you can see the Montgó massif and the Segària mountain range, the setting for breathtaking sunsets. The crystal clear beaches and coves of Denia and Jávea can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes by car.
Infrastructure La Sella
The infrastructure of Residential La Sella was developed by Promociones Denia and is exemplary on the Costa Blanca. The roads are wide, clean and well lit with well maintained green areas. In the centre there is a commercial & leisure centre with mini-market, pharmacy, restaurant/cafeteria and an on site holiday rental office by Serviden. The leisure and sports facilities include a tennis club with 5 clay courts and 3 artificial grass courts and also paddle enthusiasts have their chance. The security aspect of La Sella is covered by a 24/7 surveillance service.
At the main entrance of Residential La Sella is located the Syncrosfera Fitness & Health Boutique Hotel geared towards sports recreation and tourism. It features a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and restaurants, all open to the public.
Residencial La Sella Golf is home to the International Centre for Buddhist Studies which belongs to the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. They manage and organise events, conferences, retreats and meditations.
