Promociones Denia, property development company, constructor and real estate agency in Denia, Costa Blanca was founded with the aim of providing high standards of construction and services to meet the needs of the discerning buyers seeking a new kind of Mediterranean lifestyle.
It all started when Promociones Denia set about the task building frontline beach housing developments in Denia. At the time the company gained an excellent reputation on the grounds of the innovatory design used and the prime quality materials employed in construction, while at the same time showing a respect for the environment.
In the large terrain called La Sella – in the early 1980s a virgin landscape of more than 150 hectares with marvelous sea and mountain views, located right next to the Montgó nature reserve and between both seasided towns of Denia and Jávea – we set ourselves a new challenge, namely the creation of a unique holiday and residential resort with several housing developments, luxurious villas, endowed with an excellent infrastructure including an attractive leisure and service centre, and what was to become the La Sella Golf Resort featuring a 27 hole golf course and the Hotel Denia & Spa.
Today, Promociones Denia is a group of companies, dedicated to managing La Sella Golf, designing, planning and building golf courses, individual villas, sale of new build and resale properties and administrating communities of owners.
Our real estate sales office is located right next to the Hotel Denia La Sella Golf. Here, we offer you a wide range of new and resale properties in the area between Denia and Jávea, with special focus on the La Sella Residential, where we still have some attractive building plots for the construction of your tailor made Villa.
