Sale Hotel Dénia La Sella

With the improved balance sheet and after several years of negotiations, with different investors, the sale of the Hotel Dénia La Sella & Spa has taken place next to the golf course La Sella Golf located between Denia and Jávea, Costa Blanca.

The asset is, since February 2, owned by a vehicle managed by Alantra and will be operated by GAT, an operator with experience in hotels such as the Gran Hotel Durango, the Hotel Guadalmina, the Holiday Inn in Madrid and the Intercontinental Mar Menor among others. Among the updates that will be carried out, GAT has planned a renovation for next winter that will include the construction of a soccer field.

Additionally, Anpora Participaciones SL has acquired a majority package of shares in Promociones Turísticas La Sella SA. The golf course and other resort services will continue to be managed by the La Sella group, which sees its accounts cleaned up with this operation.
