Euribor July/2026 raises to 2,855%
The monthly Euribor, which is used each month as a reference to calculate most mortgages in Spain, stood at 2.855% in July, that is, 0.057 points more than the previous month, when it was 2.798%.
This rate means that an average mortgage in Spain of €120,000 over 20 years, reviewed in July, will pay €45,30 more in its monthly installment—a difference of €543 per year—since the Euribor has raised 0.776 points compared to July 2025.
The Euribor began 2026 at 2.245%, meaning that, for the time being, it has recorded an increase of 0.61 percentage points so far this year.
