D*na Festival Denia 2023

Denia is preparing for the sixth edition of the D*na Festival which will be held on September 30 and October 1, 2023. The festival was inaugurated in 2017 driven by the initiative of Quique Dacosta, who is always recognized in the prestigious culinary rankings as one of the ten best restaurants in the world. His restaurant Quique Dacosta Denia obtained its third Michelin star in the 2012-1013 edition.

Denia dedicated to the good life

The cuisine and local products with which the region is richly blessed have always been the most important ingredients when gathering to celebrate an event or simply toast to Mediterranean life. So it is no coincidence that Denia was awarded the title Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO in 2015.

Creativity is also found in the viticulture sector with its young entrepreneurs such as Mara Bañó from the Bodega de Les Freses, Jesús Pobre. Their wines have already been awarded and they offer guided tours of the winery where tasting their wines is a must.

6th edition D*na Festival Denia

One more year the D*na Festival features producers and restaurateurs from the region who, through their exhibition and sales stands, will offer visitors the most representative gastronomic products of the Valencian Community.

There will be a multitude of workshops, culinary demonstrations and debates on gastronomy led by some of the best chefs in the country, always featuring the most popular chef in Denia, Quique Dacosta. And surely, there will be other stars sharing whose names are still a secret.

Location

The walk de la Marineta Cassiana de Dénia is the ideal setting to celebrate this event. Walking through the different stands and tasting their culinary surprises always accompanied by the sea and its sound is a true pleasure for all the senses.
